Warranty for our duplexers

Our company is engaged in the production and adjustment of filters. We guarantee maintenance of settings and are ready to update free of charge adjustment if adjustment is broken on fault of a design. However, as we do not sell ready repeaters and we can not guarantee qualitative operate of our duplexer with any receivers and transmitters.

System calculation of characteristics of the filter is assigned to the buyer and in his responsibility.

Also we do not guarantee working capacity of a repeater in conditions of strong RF noises against other next transmitters. We can advise only in the recommendatory order a design of additional filters.
 

The warranty period of service makes 3 years in case of the careful attitude to production and not infringements of its design and adjustment. The manufacturer in the right to give up in warranty service at the noticed mechanical infringements and the brought down seals on sites of adjustment.

Any claims to quality of production are accepted only in written form with the indication of the broken characteristics, it is desirable with the enclosed graph.
